Frittata of the Day #20, Wild Oyster Mushrooms

 I spent the last 5 days in the High Peaks area of the Adirondacks.  Happened to run (almost face-first) into this beautiful cluster of oyster mushrooms towards the end of our stay:



They made a nice frittata with onions, spinach and cheddar this morning:
